It’s the duty of a close family member to walk the bride down the aisle, and I was honored to be chosen. The Contessa Margerita Martina (Margaret Craig) and Baron Krallenhand von Blutsauger (Michael Allen Lane) were married October 29, 2016.
Hallowedding
It's Time!
Even Deadpool showed up.
The Ring-bearer arrives.
The King and Contessa Margerita Martina begin the procession.

The King leaves the Contessa at the altar.
He discovers the groom, Baron Krallenhand von Blutsauger, is nowhere to be found. "Blutsauger!" No answer. He even calls the Baron by his nickname, Chupasangre, but still - no response.
Aha! The coffin. The King gives it a quick kick and takes his place for the ceremony.
Blutsauger rises!
"Coming, Dear."
He staggers to the altar and joins his betrothed.
Look at that toothy smile!
"Dearly departed, fellow nocturnals, friends among the living - we gather here today to celebrate the union of two great households among our kind."
"Sharing in this most intimate relationship, there will be times of stress, sacrifice, and sorrow. There are those that hunt our kind and desire our destruction."
"The Contessa and the Baron come before you today as two, but they will leave this place as one. As family and friends, each of you has played some part in bringing them to this moment and it is their hope that you will continue to support and contribute to their relationship within marriage."
"Do you take [the Contessa/the Baron], whom you hold by the hand, to be your lawfully wedded [wife/husband], and do you covenant to be true to [her/him], to love, cherish, and honor in sickness, in health, and in the afterlife, forsaking all others, keep yourself only unto [her/him], so long as you both shall walk this Earth?"
They do! They do!
Remove the rings from the severed fingers!
"With all that I have and all that I am, I thee wed."
The pact is sealed with a kiss
Yay!
The happy couple is presented to the crowd.
People make their way inside.
There are hugs.
And cake!
It's just not a wedding without a fancy rat cake, and wonderful people, and giant spiders.
