First and Third Sundays, Christina Smith’s Grilled Cheese and Prose
Workshop, Barnes & Noble Coffeeshop, San Pedro Crossing, 11 a.m. until
finished. Bring up to 10 pages, double spaced.

First Wednesday of every month from 7pm to 9pm Gloria Chadwick conducts an
open forum to discuss all aspects of writing, getting published, and
promoting books, Barnes & Noble Bookstore, San Pedro Crossing.

Second Sunday, Unlimited Horizons, Border’s at the Forum, 8340 Agora
Parkway, near IH-35 & Loop 1604, 3 p.m., an open forum of poetry, literature
and more.

Second Thursday, Sun Poets Society Writers Workshop with Booger Jack, Barnes
& Noble Bookstore, San Pedro Crossing, 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Bring up to 5
pages, double spaced.

Second Saturday, Dario, Open Mike, and Poetic Discussions, at Gallista Art
Gallery, South Flores, from 7-9 PM, Senior Editor, The Poet Magazine.

Third Tuesday, McCreless Branch Library Writers’ Support Group with Steve
Ortman, 6:30 p.m.

Fourth Wednesday, Julia Yates Semmes Library at Comanche Lookout Park, 15060
Judson Rd., Writers Workshop with John Ward, 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Last Monday, Jim Dawe’s Gemini Ink Workshop, 513 S. Presa, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
